Herman Cain says he doesn’t need to read up on policy, his rhymes are dope enough already

Herman Cain denied his lack of policy knowledge (or preparation) should keep him from being a great president.  He answers his critics by saying

“We need a leader, not a reader.”*

And then added

In these troubled times

all policies should be rhymes.

America will be fine

once Herman Cain implements 9-9-9.

No, 9-9-9 isn’t crazy,

it’s that poor people are lazy.

The Tea Party wouldn’t be in rages

as long as every bill was under 3 pages.

No one cares about Ubeki-beki-beki-stan-stan

They only care about defeating “Yes, We Can”.

Peace out, y’all.

(My book is on sale in the hall.)

before dropping the mic and walking out.

*If that quote sounds familiar, it’s because it comes from a fictional president. No, not President Bartlett; it was President Schwarzenegger. Watch.
